Our offer

Our offer is to be defined broadly as translation services, but under this definition, we support companies and organizations with different requirements and specificities of the different activities. For each of the specific types of organizations, we have adapted a set of services and procedures that are to help delivering qualities required by Clients.

We selected the following types of companies for which we prepared a speciific offer in tune with their service requirements:

• Law firms - certified translation, interpretation, simultaneous translation, weekly or monthly settlement
• Banks - ordinary form translation, oral translation, weekly or monthly settlement
• Real estate agencies - a certified translation and interpretation, weekly or monthly settlement
• Corporations and international organizations - writen translation, interpretation, simultaneous translation, express services, weekly or monthly settlement
• Other companies - writen translation, interpretation, simultaneous translation, express services, weekly or monthly settlement

In addition, there is a possibility to conclude a Permanent Cooperation Agreement, through which the customer acquires the status of VIP, providing:

• Priority service
• Guarantee an immediate response in the event that an interpreter is suddenly needed at the meeting
• Guarantee our full availability, even in the middle of the night and holidays
• The possibility of legal assistance or mediation or partial debt cancellation in case of crisis, when the Client is temporarily in a very difficult financial situation

Permanent Cooperation Agreement is for 12 months with the possibility of further extension and is accounted for in subscription of EUR 700 per month.
