VIP status
VIP status has every one of our Clients who has a Permanent Cooperation Agreement with us and pays their subscription on time.
VIPs can anjoy following services on top of the regular ones:
- Priority service
- Guarantee an immediate response in the event that an interpreter is suddenly needed at the meeting
- Guarantee our full availability, even in the middle of the night and holidays
- The possibility of legal assistance or mediation or partial debt cancellation in case of crisis, when the Client is temporarily in a very difficult financial situation
In addition, we organize an annual event for our VIPs. Not only themselves are invited but we make sure that other well known public personalities are present too.
Permanent Cooperation Agreement is for 12 months with the possibility of further extension and is accounted for in subscription of EUR 700 per month.
